The 10ml Glass Syringe with Metal Needle is a professional, reusable precision tool designed for accurate, controlled application of soldering fluxes, adhesives, oils, and other viscous materials used in electronics assembly and rework.

Constructed from high-grade borosilicate glass, the syringe body offers excellent chemical resistance to solvents and fluxes, as well as thermal stability. Its transparent barrel features a permanent, high-visibility brown scale (typically with 0.2 mL graduations), allowing for accurate measurement and monitoring of remaining fluid levels.

The syringe is equipped with a metal Luer Lock cone, which provides a secure, leak-proof connection to a range of stainless steel dispensing needles. The precision-ground glass plunger operates smoothly for consistent flow control, reducing hand fatigue during repetitive tasks. This syringe is preferable to disposable plastic alternatives as it can be easily cleaned and sterilized for hundreds of uses, making it a sustainable and economical choice for professional workshops.

Key Features

• High-Quality Borosilicate Glass Barrel: Provides superior chemical and heat resistance, ensuring long-term durability and compatibility with IPA, fluxes, and solvents.
• 10ml Capacity: Suitable for larger or repeated dispensing tasks, reducing the need for constant refilling during extended work sessions.
• Permanent, High-Visibility Scale: The brown, fused graduation marks (typically 0.2 ml increments) are wear and solvent-resistant, allowing for precise measuring and easy reading.
• Metal Luer Lock Connector: Ensures a secure, leak-proof fit with standard Luer Lock needles, preventing tip blow-off during high-pressure or viscous fluid dispensing.
• Smooth Plunger Operation: Precision-ground glass plunger provides effortless, even flow control, allowing for pinpoint application of small material dots.
• Reusable & Autoclavable: The syringe can be sterilized at temperatures up to 160°C (320°F) and is designed for repeated use, offering excellent value compared to disposable plastic syringes.
