The AMAOE Abrasive K60 Drill Pen Tip is a high-hardness grinding accessory designed for precision material removal with micro drill pens. This 2-piece set of durable abrasive bits is specifically engineered for cutting, grinding, shaping, and deburring applications on metal, plastic, and fiberglass.

The K60 designation typically indicates a specific shape profile—often a pointed tree or tapered cone—ideal for detailed work in tight spaces. Made from high-quality corundum or silicon carbide, these tips offer excellent wear resistance and maintain their shape under high rotational speeds, providing longevity in professional repair environments.

Key Features

• Precision K60 Profile: The specific geometry is optimized for accessing narrow gaps, carving fine details, and cleaning up solder pads on dense circuit boards.
• High-Hardness Abrasive: Constructed from industrial-grade abrasive material to ensure fast, efficient material removal without rapid wear.
• Standard 3mm Shank: Designed to fit universal micro drill pens, hanging rotary tools, and electric engravers.
• Heat-Resistant Design: Engineered to withstand the friction heat generated during high-speed grinding, maintaining structural integrity.
• Versatile Material Compatibility: Suitable for use on PCB substrates, copper traces, plastic casings, and soft metals.
