he JCID True Tone Repair Module is a specialized expansion board designed for the JCID V1S PRO, V1SE, and V1S PLUS programmers . This module enables technicians to restore True Tone functionality and proper display calibration after screen replacement on iPhone 12 through iPhone 15 series devices, even when the original screen is no longer available .
When a non-original or aftermarket screen is installed on modern iPhones, iOS disables True Tone and may cause other display calibration issues. This module reads and writes the necessary display data (including serial numbers, brightness calibration, and color profiles) stored in the screen's EEPROM, preserving the original visual experience .
