The Kailiwei 858A+ SMD BGA Rework Station is a professional 700W hot air rework station designed for precision desoldering and soldering of SMD components, BGA chips, and other surface-mount devices on mobile phone motherboards, laptop PCBs, and general electronics assemblies . Featuring a wide adjustable temperature range of 100°C to 500°C and stepless airflow control up to 120 L/min, this station provides the precision and power required for demanding rework applications .
