The Mijing 13-14 Series Face Dot Matrix Chip (25-PIN) is a specialized replacement component designed for repairing the dot matrix (flood illuminator) module on iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 series devices . This 25-pin chip works in conjunction with an i2C programmer (such as the Mijing ZH01) to restore Face ID functionality when the original dot matrix chip has been damaged or requires replacement.
According to product listings, the Mijing ZH01 multi-function programmer is compatible with "13-14 Series Face Lattice Chip (25-pin)" along with the 16-pin variant for the same series . This indicates that the 25-pin chip is one of two options available for iPhone 13-14 series Face ID repair, with the 16-pin and 25-pin chips serving different installation preferences or technical requirements.
