The Mietubl Knife Blade Holder is a precision-engineered component designed specifically for Mietubl screen protector cutting machines, including the MTB-CUT 180T, 180T Pro, M688, M188, and other compatible models. This essential accessory securely holds the cutting blade, ensuring accurate cuts for TPU, hydrogel, PET, anti-blue light, and privacy screen protectors. The blade holder controls two critical cutting parameters: blade depth (blade holder scale) and cutting pressure.

Key Features

Precision Engineering for 0.1mm Accuracy – The blade holder is machined to exacting tolerances, ensuring consistent blade alignment and cutting precision. When combined with proper pressure settings (typically 250–450), it delivers clean cuts for even the most challenging screen protector materials.

Adjustable Blade Depth (Scale Setting) – The blade holder features a user-adjustable depth scale that controls how far the blade extends. A higher blade holder scale allows deeper penetration for thicker films, while a lower scale prevents over-cutting.

Universal Compatibility with Mietubl Machines – Designed to fit a wide range of Mietubl screen protector cutters, including MTB-CUT 180T, 180T Pro, M688, M188, and 180TPro models.

Quick & Tool-Free Blade Replacement – The holder is designed for effortless blade changes, allowing technicians to replace dull blades without additional tools. This reduces downtime and ensures cutting quality is consistently maintained.

Corrosion-Resistant Construction – Built from high-quality, durable materials that resist corrosion and wear, the blade holder withstands the demands of high-volume cutting environments.

Recommended Replacement Interval – For optimal performance, Mietubl recommends replacing the cutting blade after every 500 cuts. The blade holder itself should be inspected periodically for wear and replaced if cutting precision declines.
