The SUGON 9630 is a professional 760W 2-in-1 soldering and hot air rework station that combines a powerful 700W hot air gun with a T12 soldering iron (60W) in one compact unit, designed for precision PCB repair, BGA reballing, SMD desoldering, and mobile phone motherboard maintenance . The hot air gun features an adjustable airflow of up to 100 L/min with a wide temperature range of 100°C to 500°C (stability ±2°C), while the T12 soldering iron offers precise temperature control from 200°C to 500°C (stability ±1°C) with ESD protection for safe handling of sensitive components .
