The SUNSHINE S-918R Vacuum Separator is a professional LCD screen separation machine designed for mobile phone and tablet repair. It is widely used to separate broken glass, touch panels, or OCA layers from LCD/OLED displays during screen refurbishment.
This machine combines heating and vacuum suction technology to securely hold the display in place while softening adhesive for easy separation. The built-in high-precision heating plate ensures uniform temperature distribution, reducing the risk of screen damage during the repair process.
The S-918R features a large 14-inch working platform, making it suitable for both smartphones and tablets. Its dual vacuum pump system with partition suction control provides strong and stable suction, allowing technicians to work more accurately and efficiently.
With adjustable temperature control (typically 50°C–150°C) and fast heating performance, the machine enables quick glue softening and smooth separation using cutting wire tools.
