RELIFE RL-422S-IM is a rosin-based halogen-free flux paste made using imported Japanese rosin, which provides strong soldering activity and stable performance during heating. It is lead-free and environmentally friendly, making it suitable for modern electronics repair and RoHS-compliant processes.
The paste has a milky-white color and thick viscosity, allowing it to stay exactly where it is applied without spreading across the circuit board. This controlled application helps prevent solder bridges and improves the accuracy of micro-soldering operations.
After soldering, the flux leaves very little residue and has high insulation resistance, helping protect delicate PCB circuits and ensuring reliable electrical performance.
