The RELIFE RL-423-UV Liquid Flux (10cc) is a lead-free soldering flux used in mobile phone motherboard repair, BGA reballing, and precision PCB soldering. It helps solder melt and flow smoothly, improving soldering quality and efficiency.
RELIFE RL-423-UV is a lead-free rosin-based liquid flux supplied in a 10 ml syringe for precise application during electronic repair. It has a viscous (thick) consistency, so it stays exactly where applied and does not spread across the PCB.
The flux formula contains imported rosin, thixotropic agents, antioxidants, and surfactants, which help improve soldering performance and reduce oxidation during heating.
It is designed for high-precision soldering work, such as repairing smartphone motherboards, micro-chips, and SMT components under a microscope.
